Christmas Returns Policy
We've extended our returns policy over the Christmas holidays. Every order placed after 19th November can be returned up until 20th January 2019.
Orders made before 2.30pm will be sent on the same day.
UK ONLY standard delivery - Deliveries take up to 3 - 5 working days and are delivered between 8am - 9pm (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) - £3.90
1st Class Royal Mail - Our delivery for 1st class is calculated through the weight of each item and is charged by Royal Mail. (Normally £5.70) (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays)
Special Delivery Next Working Day by 1pm - (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays)
International Delivery - We offer international delivery through Royal Mail. Again, it is calculated through the weight of each item. (Normally between £5.70 - £15.00) (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) Deliveries take up to 3-5 weeks.
If an item is undelivered and is returned back to us, we will email you regarding this. If you wish for us to send the packaging again, the postage fee will have to be paid again.
If an item is undelivered and returned back to us, the postage fee will not be refunded back.
There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
A 'working day' includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected by our shipping agents on the next working day; the delivery times shown in the table above will then commence from the day of our shipping agents' collection.
You may return new, with the tag still on items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund(postage fee excluded). The return postage will not paid on our behalf - The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Please make sure to use a tracked service and keep a hold of your receipt, just incase there are any problems along the way.
However, We'll pay the return shipping costs(standard fee of 3.90GBP for UK) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will send you an email with the return address which you will just have to send via post office. Additionally, we do not accept any refunds for accessories.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
