Are there changes to return policy?

For all order we're extending our returns policy to 60 days. (all the other conditions apply) 

  • Items must be unworn, new and with the original tags still on the items.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund ( postage fee excluded)
  • The return postage will not paid on our behalf - The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Please make sure to use a tracked service and keep a hold of your receipt, just incase there are any problems along the way.
  • However,  We'll pay the return shipping costs(standard fee of 3.95GBP for UK) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will send you an email with the return address which you will just have to send via post office. Additionally, we do not accept any refunds for accessories.

Will there be a delay in my order?

We're working around the clock to make sure that our customers receive their order as soon as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe. There may be a 1-2 day/s delay in your order. 

As our priority is everyone's safety, there may be some delivery options that might not be available (e.g. International Standard, only International Tracked & Signed available). All delivery options can be checked at the checkout page. 

Once the order has been shipped, our customers will receive a shipping confirmation email (please check junk mail if an email has not arrived). Alternatively, you may log into 'My account' to check the status of your order.
